General information
muzlim.market is a marketplace where, in addition to IZ Medien GmbH, other sellers offer their goods & services for sale under their own name and for their own account.
Subject of the contract
The following GTC regulate the sale of goods and services via the homepage "muzlim.market" (hereinafter: marketplace) of IZ Medien GmbH. Contractual partner is the respective dealer, who is allowed to use the offer of IZ Medien on the website "muzlim.market" by agreeing to these GTC.
Terms of use
Please read the GTC carefully. They contain the essential points for the use of the marketplace of the Islamic Newspaper (in the following: IZ Medien GmbH) and are an essential part for the trade with goods & services on the internet presence "muzlim.market". With your agreement and the use of the marketplace as a supplier you declare to be bound to these conditions.
Data privacy
IZ Medien GmbH undertakes to treat the respective usage data of the providers confidentially. More detailed information on data protection can be found in our Privacy policy to be taken from the data sheet. As a matter of principle, confidentiality prevails for the data entrusted to IZ Medien GmbH. Data will not be passed on to third parties at any time.
Communication
Communication and all correspondence shall take place exclusively by electronic means. The provider is obliged to set up an email account and to check it regularly.
Copyright, trademark and labeling law
Copyright is protected by German and international law.
The merchant undertakes to mark content that is the property of third parties accordingly and is responsible for its offer, its illustration and the description of the goods presented by it. IZ Medien GmbH assumes no responsibility or liability for copyright infringements in the presentation and offer of the merchant.
The merchant guarantees the ownership and the right to his offer. He also guarantees the faultlessness and impeccability of the goods and content offered by him.
The merchant ensures the availability of its goods. In case of non-availability, the goods shall be marked as such.
IZ Medien GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of use and sale and the Internet presence at any time and undertakes to inform the provider of these changes without delay.
Access to the marketplace
The access data to the marketplace of IZ Medien GmbH is to be treated confidentially by the respective provider. The provider is responsible for securing his account data, password and access restriction to his computer.
The provider undertakes to report any misuse of his access and account data to IZ Medien GmbH immediately in order to avoid further damage.
The account data of the respective provider are subject to updating. Changes in the backend area that cannot be made independently must be reported to IZ Medien GmbH immediately.
We make every effort to enable the provider to use his merchant account on a permanent basis, which cannot be guaranteed due to possible disruptions of the Internet as well as maintenance and repair work to be carried out by IZ Medien GmbH.
Suppliers in the marketplace of IZ Medien GmbH require the age of majority. If the age of majority is not reached, a written permission of the parents must be submitted.
Access as a seller to the Internet presence "muzlim.market" is reserved exclusively for commercial traders or service providers.
Sale
The supplier undertakes, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, to enclose an invoice with stated value added tax with the goods sold by him. Invoices of small entrepreneurs shall be adjusted accordingly.
Sales fee
The sales fee on the marketplace of IZ Medien GmbH is 10% of the gross value of the goods without shipping costs, which is displayed on the marketplace. An overview of the sales fee paid to IZ Medien GmbH is created at the end of the month for the entire sales volume of the corresponding month and made available to the merchant.
The turnover from each sale on "muzlim.market" is paid into the bank account of IZ Medien GmbH by the offered methods of payment from the buyer's side. The sum of the turnover, minus the 10% sales fee from the side of IZ Medien GmbH, is transferred to the bank account of the seller after the expiry of the objection period on the part of the buyer. The calculation of the sales fee takes place exclusively with actually transacted sale of the commodity. The presence, the placement of products as well as the offer on the marketplace is basically free of charge for IZ Medien GmbH. The generated turnover from the sales on the marketplace minus the sales fee will be paid out optionally after 14 days or one month to the account of the merchant.
Shipping
It is the merchant's responsibility to ship its goods to its customers using the specified shipping options, or free of shipping charges.
After the sale of a product and the corresponding receipt of payment to the account of IZ Medien GmbH, the supplier undertakes to ship the product to the buyer within a period of 3 working days.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract
The buyer has a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This comes into effect with the declaration of the right of withdrawal sent by IZ Medien GmbH to the buyer by mail (confirmation of dispatch).
Returned goods
The processing of returns is the responsibility of the supplier. The supplier must ensure that the goods are accompanied by a corresponding return receipt or return instructions.
Usage violations
IZ Medien GmbH reserves the right to remove content from the marketplace that is
- violate applicable law,
- are not in accordance with good morals
- constitute a criminal offence
- show fraudulent intent
- Incitement of the people or racism include
- display extremist ideas
- disregard Islamic principles
In case of violation of the terms of use, we are entitled to close provider accounts and to deny the respective merchants access to the marketplace, even permanently.
Declaration by IZ Medien GmbH
IZ Medien GmbH is not responsible and assumes no liability for the offer of the companies offering in the marketplace.
We offer traders the platform to sell their goods.
The resulting purchase contract after offer and offer acceptance is concluded between supplier and buyer, IZ Medien GmbH is at no time a contractual partner in the sale of the goods, but acts as a service platform for dealers.
IZ Medien GmbH reserves the right to prohibit providers from opening an account without giving further reasons.
