Depending on the shipping service provider, delivery takes about 2-3 business days. The shipping is done by the respective seller, which is why delivery times may vary. However, most sellers ship their goods on the same day.

At 'My Account' -> 'Address' you can change your billing address and shipping address at any time.
To buy and sell on muzlim.market you need a customer or seller account. You can easily register on the My Account page.
No problem. Write to the seller and give him the order number of your order so that he can correct the delivery address. Of course, this works only as long as the goods have not been shipped.
For legal reasons we are obliged to keep all order data for a while. If you pay by credit card via Stripe, we do not store your credit card data, but the Stripe servers do.
Each merchant has its own delivery destinations and conditions. Just look at the "Shipping" tab on the corresponding product detail page to see where the merchant delivers their goods.
Since each seller takes care of the shipping of their goods, most of the time you will receive your goods in one package per seller.
Simply write to the respective dealer via his contact form, which is located on his store page. Should there be any problems, write to the marketplace operator.
Questions & Answers for Sellers
To be able to sell on muzlim.market, you only need to register as a seller and then set up your store (build store page, add products, define delivery costs etc.)
Merchants of all faiths and worldviews trade here. "Muslim marketplace" in this context just means that we value Muslim traditions in this marketplace, such as satisfying the customer, no tolerance of unfair, dubious business practices, sustainable business and fair supply chains, etc. As for the goods and services offered, of course we do not allow the trade of alcoholic beverages (alcoholic ingredients in other products, such as cleaning products or perfumes, are of course not a problem), pork or gambling products.

10% commission from your sales. Nothing else. Nothing before that, nothing monthly or yearly. If - and only if - you sell, this commission is due.
After registration, your seller account will be activated by us as soon as possible. After that you can contact us at Payment Methods (login required) in your seller area to deposit your account details. If you wish, you will receive a payout on your orders that have been completed up to that point and have not yet been paid out. However, because of the German warranty law, there is a grace period of 14 days for orders whose share can be paid out.
Technically, the server capacity is the only limit. However, from about 1,000 products, we recommend you to open your own store under your own domain for your benefit.
Once you have been activated as a seller, you can start selling your products at Products in your seller dashboard Once you create them, your products will appear under All Products and on your store page (link: "Visit store" in your dashboard )
On your personal Shop page (link available after login) all information about your store can be entered. Also upload your store logo and a banner image in the "Image" tab.
As soon as you have been activated as a seller, a link to your store page with your products will appear in the main navigation under "Seller".
