"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of merchandise are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or, in the case of using the cancellation form below, your email address and order number.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or records that have been opened.
- Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of revocation shall expire prematurely if we have only commenced performance of the contract after you have given your express consent thereto and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of revocation upon commencement of performance of the contract on our part. We point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and do not belong to any of these member states.
Only regular price items can be refunded. Offers can not be refunded.
Examination and reimbursement
After we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (varies by payment provider).
Delayed or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or other payment processor, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Address and cost of returning goods
To return your product, send your product to the seller's respective store address. You will find the Addresses of the sellers on their individual store pages or on the invoice sent to you when you placed your order.
In the event of a revocation within the legally prescribed revocation period of 14 days, the costs for the return shipment will be charged to the buyer (BGB §357, paragraph 5).
In case of a justified product defect, please do not inform us via the cancellation form, but contact the respective seller directly.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your returned product to reach the seller or for their exchanged product to reach you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
